Arlington Community Schools Board of Education (ACS) is seeking the services of a qualified Construction Manager at-Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and construction phase services for the following Project: Arlington High School (AHS) – Football Fieldhouse New Football Fieldhouse New football fieldhouse to be located immediately south of the south end zone of the football stadium at the AHS athletic complex (5475 Airline Road, Arlington, TN 38002. The fieldhouse will include a weight room, acceleration training area, locker room, training room, offices, team meeting/film rooms, and assocated restrooms and support spaces. approximately 20,800 SF This building includes no educational activities and is an accessory use to the main academic building; therefore, no storm shelter (or other Educational occupancy restrictions) is/are required. School buildings and grounds will be occupied during constructionꞏ Preliminary floor plans, elevations, and 3D views are included as Attachment A.
