The contractor shall provide electrical services for the Missouri Veterans Commission, Missouri Veterans Home – Cape Girardeau in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. 2.1.2 The contractor shall either provide the services directly or shall provide a person/personnel who must comply with the requirements stated herein. Therefore, references to “the contractor” throughout this document shall also be deemed to include the person/personnel provided by the contractor. 2.1.3 The contractor shall agree and understand that the State Agency may at times have special health precautions to protect the Veterans, staff, contractors, and visitor(s) that enter the building. During these times, the contractor shall agree to the follow the additional health precautions. These precautions must be completed prior to entering the building and may include but not limited to: a. Health and contact screening. b. Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) which may include surgical mask, N-95 masks, gowns, gloves, etc.; and/or c. Virus testing.
