TDA is seeking proposal(s) from respondents to provide comprehensive financial advisory services related to TDA’s Economic Development Fund and the Texas Agricultural Finance Authority (TAFA). TDA will oversee all performances as further described in this Statement of Work (SOW). TDA is seeking a Contractor to provide financial advisory services for rural economic development programs administered by TDA and TAFA, to include providing financial recommendations, developing financial models, and monitoring current TDA/TAFA practices. An eligible vendor will facilitate the issuance of public securities, as well as the creation and implementation of financing programs. Services will be performed on an “as needed” basis when issues arise that need expert financial advisor assistance. Examples of potential services may include review, analysis and feedback related to newly contemplated or created financial assistance loan programs targeting a specific market (rural hospitals) or broader audience (rural Texas communities). Communication between TDA and the selected Respondent will be key for any resulting contract.
