1. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Winterhaven Area office the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Water Testing Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement: T-2 Treatment Operator Certificate and a D-1 Distribution Operators Certificate issued by the California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB), Division of Drinking Water and a valid local city/county business license. B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E).
