This project is being undertaken by Residential Life to replace outdated wardrobe cabinets in the residence rooms of Crawford C Hall with new custom built wardrobe cabinets, and the replacement of existing medicine cabinets with new medicine cabinets. This is the last hall to receive these upgrades and the owner would like them to match the other residence halls. The project includes the following anticipated scope of work: • Demo and removal of current wardrobes and medicine cabinets. • Design, fabrication, and installation of new wardrobes. • Relocation of surface-mounted light switches. • Fabrication and installation of new medicine cabinets. • Patch, repair, and painting of affected existing plaster walls, wall tile, wall base, and flooring as needed The project will be constructed in 1 phase.
