1. Contractor agrees to provide the services to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Inland Division office described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide quarterly maintenance on the automatic gates/roll-up doors in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement: Contractor must possess a valid C-61/D28 Doors, Gates and Activating Devices Contractor. 2. The services shall be performed at: CHP Inland Division office 847 East Brier Drive San Bernardino, CA 92408 3. The services shall be provided during: All work shall be performed during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless other arrangements are approved by the CHP on-site contact. Contractor shall schedule the date and time the service is to be performed with the CHP on-site contact one (1) week prior to service. Contractor shall sign-in and sign-out with the CHP on-site contact upon each service call to provide verification that service has been provided.
