3.1.1 Trimming trees as required for appearance, visibility, and general growth. 3.1.2 Remove and dispose of all clippings, shrubbery, tree trimmings, and debris from the site. 3.1.3 Fell trees to prevent damage to adjacent structures and to those trees and shrubs designated to remain. Remove stumps and roots to a clear depth of 18 inches below existing grades in areas of lawn, and to full depth in areas of paving, building footings, or utility structures. 3.1.4 Provide, erect, maintain and remove all necessary signs, barricades, high level warning devices, lights, delineators, flagmen, and other devices necessary to properly mark and control the proposed work area(s) for the safety of all individuals or for the efficient movement of traffic. If required, temporary traffic control warning signs and devices shall be installed prior to the start of any work. Awarded Bidder(s) shall provide such other adequate devices or measures deemed necessary by HCPS.
