• The contractor shall field verify all existing conditions prior to bidding. The generator is to be located near the exterior north wall of existing electric room. Contractor shall schedule site visit to determine all gas and electric connections as needed. • Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, material, and supervision for a complete turnkey generator system. • Contractor to provide concrete pad 6” thick with #4 rebar mat. Pad to be 6” larger than generator dimensions. • Contractor to furnish gas piping and connections as needed. If regulator is needed provide as necessary. • Warranties: the equipment and installation shall be fully warranted against defects for a period of 1 year from the date of acceptance.
