The University of Maine Cooperative Extension is seeking responses to provide multi-year professional evaluation of the Oh YEA! 4-H Grows True Leaders project as defined in this document. This document provides instructions for submitting responses, the procedure and criteria by which the Respondent(s) will be selected, and the contractual terms which will govern the relationship between the University and the awarded Respondent(s). The Oh YEA! project seeks an external evaluator to work closely with the project principal investigators and educational staff in fulfilling the deliverables as outlined in this document. The evaluation services to be provided will support the University of Maine’s mission to provide education, outreach, and research for the people of Maine. The Oh YEA! project has been in existence since July 2023 and is funded through a grant from the National Institute of Food and Agriculture/ USDA. Key to the evaluation will be assessing youth development outcomes and inclusion goals as outlined in this document.
