Fisherman’s Village | 13737 Fiji Way, Marina del Rey, CA, 90292 • Launch Location: TBD – based on bidder’s recommendation Drone Light Show Specifications: Bidder proposals must either meet or exceed all the following service scope and specifications: • Quantity: Up to 250 drones • Drones Frames Per Second: 24 fps • Show Duration: 10-12 minutes • Animation Qty: 8-10 animations • Animation Style: 3-Dimension • Video: Aerial video footage of show • Mandatory Services: - Animation Storyboards (unlimited rounds, until 4 weeks before show date) based on client input to final thumbnails for final show - On-site rehearsal before show date - FAA Waiver and Permit for this specific show’s launch area - Any other local regulatory permits - Launch site survey, identification & preparation • Guidance to client for all regulatory requirements for launch and flight areas (security, law enforcement, first responders, etc.)
