The software package shall meet the following requirements: • Reliability and Availability. The software system should build on and maintain accurate, consistent, and reliable data that can be effectively and efficiently used by all departments within CCWD. The software system should be reliable and available to all users. • Integrate functionality with existing systems. Vendors should identify functionality and interoperability of the software package with existing CCWD process and systems and identify tools and/or efficiencies for future development. • Vendor shall deliver a user-friendly product that is highly intuitive from a user perspective. Software system should take advantage of technology to improve departmental performance and efficiency. • Provide successful experience implementing the proposed software package. • Provide documentation that the proposed software package has a proven history of use in the public-sector environment with organizations of three hundred employees or more. • Meet all functional and technical requirements stated within this RFQ using commercially available, robust, off-the-shelf software that requires minimal customization to implement and maintain and operate with ease for staff. • Provide easy access to the data for robust reports and query generation without the need for a programming or configuration specialist.
