Project Description: The project includes the following work: Renovate approximately 2674 square feet of former office space to construct a new hygiene simulation classroom for the School of Dentistry on the first floor of the B-Wing in the Magnuson Health Sciences Center. Work includes but is not limited to new partitions, new entry doors, finishes, relocation of existing light fixtures, HVAC, plumbing and electrical modifications. The General Contractor will coordinate with the Owner’s supplier of simulation station casework and will be responsible for installing utility connections within the casework. The space will be vacant during construction; however, it is surrounded by occupied spaces on the first and second floors
