The facilities need major renovations of HVAC system, doors and windows, restrooms and interior finishes as well as addressing ADA accessibility issues. •Renovate the current Fieldhouse into a welding lab - 6,930 square feet could be dedicated to the welding program, which has been specifically requested by the local community. The current structure is a standalone concrete block structure. •Renovate the HVAC system for the entire campus - it is end of life and needs computerized controls •Renovate the one-stop area with a new front entrance. •Renovate the 500 Building. This would allow for the expansion and upgrade of manufacturing programs, specifically industrial systems and precision machining and manufacturing. •Add new electrical systems, retrofit fire safety systems, ADA Upgrades, hazmat abatement, new finishes, parking lot repairs and stormwater management.
