• Grinding of all existing wood debris stockpiled in a designated discrete pile located at the Town’s Compost Center at 91T Sackett Point Road (accessed from Powdered Metal Drive). • Complete Loading and Transport of ground wood debris from the site, and legally disposed of off-site. • All existing wood debris shall be ground and removed from the site no later than 30 calendar days after contract signing. If the debris is not removed by this date, there will be a charge of $100/day which will be deducted from the submitted bid amount. • The successful Bidder shall supply all equipment, manpower, and materials needed to shred, load, and remove the wood debris from the site. The Town of North Haven will NOT provide transport or equipment for loading or unloading. This is the responsibility of the successful bidder. • Access to the site and hours of operations will be approved by the Director of Public Works Field Operations or his designee only.
