1. Permitting a. Contractor shall obtain a Zoning Permit from the Town of Seabrook Island (No Fee) b. Contractor shall obtain a Business License from the Town of Seabrook Island 2. Existing Fence Removal a. Contractor shall remove and dispose of all sections of the existing split-rail fence along the multi-use pathway adjacent to Seabrook Island Road. The existing split-rail fence is approximately 4,000 linear feet in length. Contractor shall be responsible for taking exact measurements prior to bidding. 3. Fence Replacement a. Contractor shall construct a replacement fence along the multi-use pathway adjacent to Seabrook Island Road in the same general locations as the existing fence, approximately 4,000 linear feet in length. Contractor shall be responsible for taking exact measurements prior to bidding. b. Depending on the option selected by the Town, the Contractor shall install one of the following fence styles: i. Option #1: Three-Rail “Ranch” Style Fence ii. Option #2: Four-Rail “Crossbuck” Style Fence iii. Option #3: Three-Rail “Split-Rail” Style Fence c. The specifications for each of the options are included in Attachment #4. 4. Contractor must call SC 811 and have all utilities marked prior to commencement of work to be performed.
