The services to be provided shall include but not be limited to the following: a. Provide technical advisory personnel and services related to recovery from declared and non-declared disasters as needed. b. Develop and implement strategies designated to maximize federal and state assistance to include prepare with State, FEMA and applicants the scope of work and cost estimates for recovery project worksheets using Category A through G as necessary, and prepare necessary documentation to support the same, collect, write and submit as necessary, direct cost worksheets along with documentation necessary to support the writing of Category Z (final closeout) project worksheets and write requests for time extensions to FEMA, if required. c. Provide expert programmatic and policy advice on federal disaster relief programs. d. Provide support for strategic planning and coordination of all recovery efforts, emergency planning, disaster recovery, mitigation planning and program management services required/requested by MetroConnects. e. Review contracts and purchasing documentation to ensure cost recovery, provide accurate, complete, and timely invoices, provide and gather supporting documentation for grant eligible projects and completing documentation required to receive reimbursement. f. Represent MetroConnects and attend meetings with FEMA, South Carolina Emergency Management Division (SCEMD), or other agencies as may be necessary on its behalf. g.
