• Replace Kitchen cabinets, countertop, sink (stainless double bowl), faucet, disposal (Badger 5, ½ hp), range hood (Broan, white) and backsplash (stainless steel), under cabinet light above the sink LED. (Use same layout as current.) • Replace kitchen, Dining room, (2) Hallway lights downstairs. Use the Patriot Lighting, Dylan style fixtures from Menards with 3 bulb fixtures in Kitchen and dining room and 1 bulb in the hallways use LED bulbs. • Replace kitchen flooring through the ½ bath up to the living room. Use commercial grade vinyl plank (glued down not floating), waterproof. Replace cove molding and transitions where flooring is replaced. • Replace front and rear entry doors and both storm doors. • Replace interior doors on the first floor, 2- 36” bi-folds, 1- 32” slab, 1 -36” slab and 1-18” slab where the bifold is now. (Use the bifold hardware to install it because 18” bi-folds aren’t available anymore. Use a cabinet magnet to keep it closed. • Downstairs bathroom: replace vanity, sink, faucet, toilet and flooring. • Replace heat registers and cold air returns throughout the apartment. • Replace upstairs bathroom toilet, flooring (match kitchen and half bath from downstairs), flooring transitions and cove base
