Alteration and renovation of the existing buildings 230, 240, 330, 334, 350, and 360. New architectural finishes will be provided including: flooring, carpeting, ceilings, wall coverings, and paint. New power and data will be provided in each of the classrooms, staff room, and offices for this building, as noted. An updated fire alarm layout and devices will be provided. New mechanical systems will be provided for buildings 330, 350, Library Building, and Art Building. Additionally, new mechanical systems will be provided for portions of buildings 500, Swim, and the Small Gymnasium. This will include new heating and cooling units, air registers, and new distribution systems in limited areas, as more defined in the Bid Documents.
