A. Task 1 Offeror shall provide a City-compatible integration plan that they will follow to integrate into Workday. Offeror’s integration must; 1. Be completed in a reasonable amount of time 2. Allow for receiving information and instructions from the City 3. Delivering information and results back to the City 4. Allow for selection of services 5. Allow for invoicing and payment 6. Notify City immediately of any information that could impact the hiring process and cause a delay in or a denial of employment B. Task 2 Offeror shall work under the direction of the Salt Lake City Department of Human Resources to perform pre-employment and existing employee background screening and investigations on applicants for City positions. Search criteria shall include criminal and non-criminal records, past, present, and pending, fingerprinting, and other pertinent information. Background screening requests could encompass all, or only part of the services below depending on the position, the employment action, or other circumstances surrounding the request.
