Limited to shingle replacement only with simple roof configurations. No complex roofs, no plywood or wood sheathing total replacement, or any extensive damaged or dry rot lumber or wood members due to limited funding and are cost prohibitive. Must provide observation of roof condition prior to recommending for roof shingle replacement. Limited to 1500 square feet home. Demo down to substrate, trash out of all debris and 2 years standard roof warranty workmanship coverage included. 1 EA PERMIT is required. Secure all necessary permits from appropriate local jurisdictions and pay all required fees and prepare all the necessary plans and specifications in order to obtain a building permit and complete the project. 1 EA Contractor is responsible to provide necessary labor, material and equipment, including occupant and workers protection to comply with Attachment A, Lead and Asbestos reports. Additionally, contractor shall identify the contaminated components included in the scope of work and provide necessary labor, material and equipment prior to commencing any work on these components per the reports. The contractor is responsible to use only properly trained and certified workers specialized to abate lead and asbestos contaminated section/components. Work to include clearance report and manifest as required. All LBP related activity shall comply with current EPA, HUD, and OSHA standards. ACCM shall comply with Cal-OSHA and SCAAQMD rule and procedures.
