1. Contractor shall have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience refinishing gymnasium wood floors. 2. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment. 3. Contractor shall dispose of all generated waste materials in compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines, regulations, and requirements. 4. Contractor shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent dust and fumes from entering other parts of the building including but not limited to; sealing off intakes and doors. • In the event dust mitigates to other areas of the building, the contractor shall be responsible for cleaning the affected areas. 5. Contractor shall adhere to the manufacturer’s specifications for preparation and application of the floor finish. 6. Contractor shall be qualified in damage assessment and sports floor repair. 7. Contractor shall be available to complete projects at KCSD locations within 14-day prior request for service 8. Contractor shall provide a written report of floor conditions and recommendations for future maintenance. 9. All rejected work shall be re-done according to the gym floor finish manufacturer’s specifications and the Kenton County School District requirements. 10. Contractor shall provide MSDS sheets and Manufacturer’s specifications on all proposed product. 11. Contractor shall be responsible for reimbursing the District for any damage to the property due to negligence or as a result of work completed by the contractor. 12. Contractor shall provide three (3) references of work completed within the last twelve (12) months, with at least one being a school district.
