Response time to the public will vary based on the magnitude of the situation. 4. Responses may include writing press releases, government relations, contacting media, being on the record, attending or setting up editorial boards, or other actions deemed appropriate to support the issues mutually agreed to by Cal Expo and the Proposer. 5. For ongoing situations, the Proposer and Cal Expo shall analyze a timeline for responses to the situation. Timelines are always subject to change due to the fluid nature of the crisis.
