Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Dana Center, with its previous work and knowledge of the state system, will move forward in the next phase, and PASSHE is looking for the Data Center’s assistance in coordinating and supporting a design plan to help identify the best practices for co-requisites in Pennsylvania and update the System Procedures & Standards documentation to reflect those best practices. To do that, the Dana Center will assist in the design, implementation, and improvement upon co-requisites for English and Mathematics gateway courses. Once done, the universities will have an enhanced pathway to implement their compliance to PASSHE Policy 1990-06-A which states that the universities will have this in place by July 1, 2026. The Dana Center will continue their support to those universities that need guidance to ensure readiness and compliance by the policy date. It is for these reasons that it is not feasible to award this contract on a competitive basis.
