The Selected Vendor will collaborate with OACE to design and implement a SaaS rule-based chatbot assistant (“chatbot”) that caters to anyone looking for legal information on the NHJB website, with a special focus on questions asked by the Self-Represented Litigants (SRL). The goals of the Project are to: 1. Improve Engagement: Enhance user satisfaction and engagement by providing easy access to legal information for the SRL via a chatbot assistant. 2. Ensure Accessibility: Implement accessibility features in the Chatbot to ensure all users, including people with differing abilities and English as a Second Language speakers can use the Chatbot effectively. 3. Prioritize Mobile Responsiveness: Ensure the Chatbot is fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices to accommodate diverse user preferences. 4. Ensure Scalability and Flexibility: Build on the current scalable and flexible architecture to support future growth and updates. 5. Protect User Data: Ensure answers typed in by users are protected and not accessed by unauthorized third parties. 6. Provide information transfer and plan for continued operation and maintenance: Develop a plan for continued content refreshing and operation maintenance and provide the AOC with the tools and training to ensure success.
