o The contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, and all other things necessary to do all the work required for the construction services to be performed. o Contractor must have a valid construction supervisor license for framing. o Unless specified elsewhere, the contractor shall be responsible for all work required for the project construction; products, and installation to complete the work; transition and adjustments; repair of damaged surfaces, finishing and cleaning. o The scope of work includes all materials and equipment to complete the project. . All materials shall be installed per the manufacturer's instructions. o Work under this project consists of the removal and disposal of interior being replaced. o Contractor is responsible for veriffing all dimensions in field. Existing building dimensions should be field verihed prior to construction. o No work is anticipated in the basement area
