The scope of work includes all materials and equipment to complete the project. All materials shall be installed per the manufacturer's instructions. Work under this project consists of the removal and disposal of the old generator. Provide, deliver and install a new standby generator Generator shall be l4KW, 1201240Y Single Phase, 60HZ with aluminum rhino-coat weather/sound resistance enclosure, air cooled generator. Automatic transfer switch to be A configured 100A rated unit. Provide and install new generator upon a new precast pad in predetermined location. Generator to be positioned meeting all clearance. Contractor will provide equipment, delivery, rigging and setting and turnkey services for all electrical and plumbing installation, inclusive of inspections. Contract will be responsible for obtaining any building, electrical or plumbing permits that may be required. The Town will waive the fees for these permits.
