The range of pressure washing shall consist of various washing procedures, and shall include, but not be limited to, walls, doors, roofs, windows, awnings, trim, playground equipment, parking lot pavement, sidewalks, stoops, outdoor stadiums etc. Pressure washing shall remove all foreign material to include, but not be limited to, bugs, bug dropping, graffiti, mold, mildew, oil, grease, adhesives, sand, and dirt. Fences, gates, signage, markers, stairs, railings, etc. that are part of the facility site could be included in the work for that site as specified. Surface materials generally shall include, but shall not be limited to, concrete, masonry, brick, wood, metal, glass, aluminum, rubber, stucco, plastic, and polycarbonate. Vendors shall have technical knowledge to support correct application of pressure and any chemicals used in the pressure washing cleaning processes. Care shall be taken to ensure that there is no damage to District property. The Contractor assumes all liability for damages caused by the Contractor and shall immediately notify the Facility Manager or designee should damage occur.
