A. Floors: Existing flooring to be removed to facilitate subfloor replacement to allow proper slope to floor drains. New Plexi-Chemie’s Epoxy Flooring System seamless epoxy flooring to be installed. Floor drains and their p-traps to be replaced. New plumbing and drains to be tested for water tightness and proper drainage achieved. B. Walls: Existing tile to be removed and replaced with Daltile Glazed Porcelain, Volume 1.0 in Reverb Ash (VL74) color, size 12” x 24”. Transom windows to be installed in Men’s, Women’s, and Family Room with proper wind zone protection. C. All toilets, urinals, grab bars, partitions, hand dryers, mirrors, sanitary napkin holders, coat hooks, air registers, LED lighting and applicable hardware are to be replaced using the same as the Folly Beach County Park Dunes House. See Dunes House Plumbing Fixture Schedule P001 and Toilet Accessories Schedule A500. D. New built-in countertops to be installed along with new sinks. Countertops to meet ADA requirements for height and knee/toe clearance. Any exposed under sink piping to be insulated. E. Toilet plumbing repairs: men’s urinal sewer connection to have Fernco removed and plumbed with PVC. The urinal also needs additional bracing at the bottom. The copper water supply line to the Family Room toilet needs to be secured to the wall. F. Doors to the Men’s, Women’s, Family Room, Janitor Closet and Employee Access to be replaced with Special Lite AF-100 Heavy Duty Commercial Fiberglass doors. Door color to be Sherwin Williams ‘Naval”. G. Paint: All walls, trim and ceilings are to have one coat of primer, and two coats of color paint. Wall and trim color are Sherwin Williams “White Tail”. Ceiling paint to be Sherwin Williams 7007 White Ceiling Paint.
