1.02 SCOPE OF WORK A. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to construct and install the gravity sewer extension in its entirety as shown on the Drawings and as specified herein. B. The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: 1. Clear the site of trees, brush, fences, buildings and obstructions occupying space needed for construction. No building or structure partially encroaching on the right-of-way or located so as not to interfere with construction operations, shall be removed unless specifically noted on the Drawings or directed by the Owner/Engineer. 2. Install approximately 10,500 linear feet (LF) of 16-inch sanitary sewer gravity main by open cut and jack and bore methods. 3. Install 44 new standard precast manholes. 4. Install asphalt repair per Greenville County Encroachment Permit requirements and conditions. 5. Install, maintain, and remove all stabilization and erosion control measures required by the Greenville County Land Disturbance permitting standards
