The Vendor shall remove existing supply and return air grills/vent covers and dampers. The vendor shall thoroughly clean all ducts using a negative pressure, agitation, and central collection unit. Any variant method must be approved by the Chief Engineer. The vendor will use HEPA filtration of discharge air. The Vendor shall reinstall supply and return air registers, using approved security screws. The Vendor shall be responsible for the purchase of new screws if the original screws are found to be unusable. The Vendor shall perform all work according to National Air Duct Cleaning Association (NADCA stands. (www.nacda.com ) There are six (6) buildings. Each building is approximately 13,000 square feet, with approximately 640 feet of duct work per building. The Chief Engineer will sign off on all work performed by Vendor. In the event that work performed is found to be substandard, the Chief Engineer will refer to the NADCA standards and address issues with the Vendor.
