The Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF) Federal Forest Restoration Program (FFR) requests Quotes from qualified contractors to complete Heritage Survey Services for 439 acres of cultural resource inventory for the Royce Mountain Hazardous Fuels Management Project on the Deschutes National Forest. The project area is located in the Crescent Ranger District, approximately 12 miles west of Crescent, Oregon in T23S R07E Sections 26, 28, 29, 31, 32, 33, 34, in T24S R07E Sections 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 15, 16, 17, on Deschutes National Forest lands within the Wildfire Crisis Strategy Central Oregon priority landscape (Appendix A of Attachment A Sample Contract). The results of the survey will be incorporated into a final report completed by the U.S. Forest Service (USFS). The deliverables for this contract include a draft cultural resource inventory report, final survey letter report, site forms, isolated find forms, the associated Geographic Information System (GIS)/spatial data.
