F. In general, work under this Contract consists of: 1. All Work is either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 2. Clearing, grubbing, excavation and tree and stump removal required for the work. 3. Installation of erosion control measures as required. 4. Furnishing and installing new curb cut, sidewalk, cross walk and entry drive improvements from Chandler Road. 5. Furnishing and installing hot mix asphalt and subgrade materials for a fully operational asphalt pavement parking lot and access drive. 8. Furnishing and installing handicap signage and posts with all appurtenances. 9. Furnishing and installing granite curbing as specified on the Plans. 10. Furnishing and installing a shed as specified on the Plans 11. Furnishing and installing a pavilion as specified on the Plans 12. Furnishing and installing chainlink fencing and gates as specified on the Plans. 13. Furnishing and installing portable water service and all appurtenances to provide water to the garden area as specified in the Plans. 14. Furnishing and installing of concrete pavers and gravel areas as specified in the Plans. 15. Furnishing and installing, complete, the community garden, including, but not limited to, planters, compost areas, fencing, gates, picnic tables, shed, pavilion, portable water, and all else shown or implied for a complete community garden. 16. All excavations, grading, filling, placement of new or existing gravels and soils, compaction, and disposal of any excess soils are all incidental to the work. 17.
