This project provides for cleaning and janitorial services for the Maryland State Highway Administration’s Caroline County Maintenance Facility located at 508 Caroline Street in Denton, Maryland 21629. The services provided shall be in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and City regulations. The Contractor shall supply all labor and equipment to complete all janitorial services as described herein and as specified hereafter. Janitorial services are to be provided on a Tuesday and Friday basis with the exception of Maryland State Holidays. The ultimate responsibility of the Contractor is to provide janitorial service to the facility that is uniformly clean, hygienic, orderly, and attractive, and which will reflect favorably upon the State and the Customers.
