A. Preparing plans, specifications, and cost estimates for various capital improvement projects; B. Conducting detailed surveys (boundary, road alignment, topographic, and property lines) and related mapping/CAD services to include preparation of right-of-way plans and topographic base maps and GIS mapping services; C. Reviewing existing stormwater structures for proper operation and identifying and designing solutions to problems; D. Preparing design reports and memos and feasibility studies, evaluating proposals from others, and providing expert analysis and recommendations to Town staff; E. Determining permit requirements, including scheduling pre-application meetings with appropriate permit staff before design work begins, completing permitting applications, and securing approvals
