The scope of work for the SP01.1 Surveying and Layout trade package for the Project will comprise the following: The cost of all necessary labor, material, equipment, supplies, and supervision required to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents and as noted below: The SP01.1 Surveying and Layout scope includes but is not limited to surveying and layout required during various stages of construction, including but not limited to, setting of primary construction control points, utility demolition layout, layout of shoring wall, layout of piles, rough-grading layout for field, layout of new utilities, layout for all finish grading etc. It will also require multiple coordination meetings with the project architect, structural engineer, Plant, and various State and Cal Berkeley Agencies.
