Retainign wall construction, bulkhead repairs, utility installation, stone arch repairs, street lighting, signal upgrades and other miscellaneous construction, all as indicated on the drawings approved for STATE ROUTE 3010, SECTION MSB, in PHILADELPHIA COUNTY CITY OF PHILADELPHIA from approximately 30th Street at segment 0080/0081 offset 0993 to approximately 23rd Street at segment 0100/0101 offset 0035 and for STATE ROUTE 0003, SECTION MSB, from approximately 33rd Street at Segment 0081 offset 2364 to approximately 22nd Street at segment 0101 offset 0094.
