The selected vendor will provide basketball, floor hockey, soccer and other various sports. The information below describes the minimum requirements and standards of the services to be provided for camp programs and classes: 1. Programs must be held during School District 65 school breaks and days off. 2. Programs will be held Monday through Friday from 9am-4pm and select weekends for youth ages 5-14 during the summer. 3. Programs will be held at Chandler-Newberger Community Center, Robert Crown Community Center, South End Community Center, FleetwoodJourdain Community Center, and various outdoor park and field spaces. 4. Classes must include parent/tot instruction classes. 5. Successful vendor shall provide all labor, personnel, expertise, equipment, instruction materials, and other resources required for the performance of services. 6. Vendor may store program equipment on-site pending availability of storage space. 7. The City reserves the right to modify such dates and times as needs arise for the Initial Term and any contract renewals.
