The contractor is requested to obtain the necessary permits. Provide dumpsters for any/all material. Property must be left clean, safe, and undamaged daily to remain open for regular scheduled hours. Removal of all existing asphalt shingles. Inspect and replace damaged wood, tape all plywood joints. Install ice/water shield 3’ up from bottom, low slope sections and valleys. Install synthetic underlayment on the entire area. Install new copper drip edge, rake edge and vent boots. Install new copper valley flashing in valley’s and around chimneys. Install new copper step flashing as needed. Install new 50-year architectural shingles, color to be determined. Install aluminum gutters over front/rear entrances. Color to be determined.
