The Town of Roxbury has issued a Request for Proposal for reclaiming and paving of parking lots and driveways at Town Hall and Public Works. Including asphalt sidewalks and repainting parking lot lines. The driveway and parking lot are located at the Town of Roxbury, Town Hall and Public Works, 29 & 31 North Street, Roxbury, CT 06783. The selected Contractor will need to submit and cover fees for any required permits to complete the work. The selected Contractor will work with the Selectman’s Office, Public Works Employees, and the Fire Marshalls of the Town of Roxbury, Connecticut Building Departments. The contractor shall be responsible to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and coordination with all officials.
