East Stroudsburg of Pennsylvania (ESU) is requesting Sole Source approval to procure IT Services from Ferrilli, LLC. Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) is transitioning to Ellucian Banner/OneSIS which ESU is in the process of implementing. During implementation the university has worked with Ferrilli, LLC to provide assistance on specific services to include building course equivalencies and uploading student transfer credits. Ferrilli, LLC. is the only firm that is capable of assisting the University in the completion of this implementation. Ferrilli is comprised largely of former Ellucian employees, giving Ferrilli a unique level of expertise that makes them the only firm able to provide the level of Ellucian/Banner experience necessary to complete this implementation. Ferrilli’s previous work on this project also gives them a unique insight on the particular needs of this implementation. Awarding a contract to another firm would require a substantial amount of startup time, which would delay the implementation schedule. For these reasons, Ferrilli is the only firm that can provide these services for ESU’s implementation. This purchase is against a Department of General Services (DGS) contract that requires sourcing over certain dollar thresholds. Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification.
