2.0 SCOPE OF SERVICES The selected vendor will provide Referee and Umpire Services. The information below describes the minimum requirements and standards of the services to be provided: 1. Men's Basketball on Thursday and Friday nights 7-10pm year round 2. Youth Basketball on Saturdays and Sundays 9am-4pm year round 3. Adult Volleyball on weekday evenings 6-10pm and Sundays 9am-2pm spring/summer 4. Youth Flag Football on Saturdays 9am-4pm spring/fall 5. Youth Soccer on Saturdays 9am-4pm in the spring 6. Programs will be held at several community centers and various park sites within Evanston. 7. Successful vendor shall provide all labor, personnel, expertise, equipment, instruction materials, and other resources required for the performance of services. 8. Vendor may store program equipment on-site pending availability of storage space. 9. The City reserves the right to modify such dates and times as needs arise for the Initial Term and any contract renewals. 10.The selected vendor will provide the City will proof of certifications and expertise of all program instructors.
