a. Work is scheduled with the Facilities Management (FM) Team Managers. The Contractor needs to determine a starting date so they can meet the completion date(s) noted in Exhibit 2: Completion Date Table. The specified days included in the Exhibit 2: Completion Date Table are the days the service needs to be completed. Work on the campus has to be completed by November 18, 2025. b. Testing will be conducted in five (5) separate phases; one for each of the Facilities Management districts. Each phase will then be broken down by district team. If testing is not complete by the "Testing Complete Date” noted in Exhibit 2: Completion Date Table, this may be considered a Breach of Contract. c. The monthly schedule noted in Exhibit 2: Completion Date Table is provided to assist in the testing. University Project Manager will confirm all start dates with the Contractor and FM Team Managers. d. Contact the FM Team Manager five (5) business days prior to testing to arrange building access. e. Annual portable handheld fire extinguisher test must comply with currently adopted edition of NFPA10 and the state fire code. f. Contractor shall provide a DOT re-certification number for their company, which is required for the hydrostatic pressure testing of fire extinguisher cylinders. If this work is sub-contracted out, provide the sub-contractor DOT re-certification number.
