The Town of Needham (“the Town”), acting through its Town Manager, is seeking qualified firms interested in providing on-call or “House Doctor” MEPFP engineering and architectural consulting services for small rehabilitation projects and larger capital improvement projects occurring simultaneously at Town-owned municipal and school buildings and facilities. The Town is actively prioritizing certain existing buildings and building systems to be upgraded, rehabilitated, or modified to address deficiencies. Correcting these deficiencies or issues will extend the buildings’ useful life or modify it in a way that reflects the current day operational needs. This work would be conducted on an as-needed basis as funds become available.
