• Remodel of 500 sq. ft of break area. Includes all major upgrades to many aspects of reconstruction. • Site prep for demolition to include masking, sheathing taping to protect all office and city furnish. • Remove and/or mobilize furniture and desks to demolish. • Remove old furnishings and other items necessary for renovations. • Upgrade all covers, decora square outlets and switches. • Drywall to be patched from existing damages and other repairs. • Repairs to any cracks or tape that is coming through or cracking. • Drywall and texture to be finished with matching existing texture /wallpaper. • New fresh coat of prep coat primer to have a uniform look. • 3 New doors to be supplied and installed, doors to match existing size and style. • All new paint throughout the offices. • City to approve paint color. • Subfloor to be inspected and repaired to any damages or stressed floor members. • Supply and install City approved LVT or LVP flooring. • Baseboard to be covered, base and door trim to be painted white. • Butcher block countertops to be supplied and installed in areas designated by the City. • Countertops to be treated with butcher block seal. • Style and look to emulate more spacing and room for the breakroom
