1. Round trip motor coach transportation between Wilmington (182 Middlesex Avenue or another municipal location in town) and Logan Airport, and throughout the tour. The motor coach shall be no more than three years of age with a functioning lavatory, air conditioning, DVD, and PA system and contain seating for a minimum of 52 passengers. Handicap-accessible motor coaches shall be provided if necessary. 2. The motor coach company(s) shall maintain all necessary licenses and permits to operate motor coaches within and outside of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and shall have been in the motor coach business for the past two years at a minimum. 3. Each driver of a motor coach for this trip shall possess all necessary licenses including but not limited to a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). These licenses shall be valid through the dates of this trip. Each driver shall have a minimum of two years of experience operating a motor coach. The motor coach operators assigned to this trip shall have a “clean” driving record which shall include no moving violations or “at fault” accidents within the past five (5) years. 4. Non-stop flights are preferred, with no more than one stop on a major carrier. The departure flight will be from Boston (Boston Logan International Airport) to New Orleans (Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport) and a return flight from Nashville (Nashville International Airport) to Boston (Boston Logan International Airport). Airline seats must have roommates seated together. If airline charges for checked bags are not included in the bid price, please provide the per-bag fee. 5. Seven nights hotel accommodations. Hotel accommodations as indicated. If hotels that are indicated are not available or not specified, hotels rated 4.0 circles or higher on Trip Advisor and/or 4.0 stars or higher on Google reviews with two double or queen beds in each room. If needed, handicap-accessible rooms must be available. 3 nights – New Orleans, LA (preferably in the French Quarter) 2 nights – Memphis, TN 2 nights – Gaylord Opryland Resort, Nashville, TN
