1. Supply and place bait stations for routine scheduled rodent control service. 2. Maintain scheduled checks and refilling of all bait stations, and perform routine inspections of all building perimeters for possible new entry points of increased levels of activity. Provide notification within one business day if increased activity is noted. 3. Supply, set, and service rodent traps inside standby generator enclosures as requested. 4. Inspect for wasp, mud-dauber and hornet’s nests, ant trails, rodent furrows as well as yellow jacket ground nests, and seek approval from the City to control the identified pests. 5. Provide perimeter ant treatment 3 times yearly at identified locations. 6. Submit monthly reports showing activity levels, refill levels, products used and any recommendations to improve control at all listed sites.
