1. Fire alarm and fire sprinkler inspections must follow State Fire Marshall and NFPA requirements to comply with NEISD inspection standards. 2. Documentation of Inspection Reports must be provided to NEISD office of the Executive Director of Facilities Maintenance and all other State and Local required agencies upon completion of inspection. 3. Proposer’s employees are required to wear long pants (no shorts) and plain shirts when on site. No offensive logos or wording is allowed on any attire. Serviceable closed steel toe work shoes are required. Sandal-type or flip-flop shoes are not acceptable dress. Plain baseball type hats are acceptable provided they contain no offensive logo or wording. Any proposer’s employee reporting to the job site in unacceptable attire will be required to leave immediately. NEISD will not incur any additional charges for the day after employee is asked to leave the job site when they report to the job site in unacceptable attire and asked to leave. NEISD contract representative will immediately notify the proposer of the violation of employee. The employee may return later, if properly attired. 4. All NEISD facilities are smoke free, alcohol free and drug-free. Tobacco, alcohol and/or drug use on NEISD property is prohibited. NEISD reserves the right to deny access to any school district facility or campus provided under this contract to any of proposer’s employee who violates any statue, regulation, or policy applicable to this contract.
