Salt Lake County, on behalf of Library Services (Library), "County" is soliciting proposals from qualified firms "Proposer / Contractor" to provide operational support (break/fix and toner replacement) for our ecosystem of printers, in particular, to repair broken printers as well as supply and replace toner (See Exhibit B - Specifications). The printers are physically located in our 21 buildings across the Salt Lake Valley. We do need toner replacements to typically be done within 48 hours to ensure our service to patrons is not disrupted for long. Timeline expectations around break/fix on printers can be aligned at time of need, since the speed will depend on the nature of the issue.
