The government of the District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of the Department on Disability Services (DDS), Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) (District) is establishing a Human Care Agreement (“HCA” or “Agreement”) with Outstanding Possibilities Revealed hereafter referred to as the “Contractor,” to provide District persons with disabilities with one (1) or more of the following vocational rehabilitation (VR) services covered by this HCA: B.1.1 Benefits Planning, B.1.2 Job Placement, including Job Stabilization and Closure B.1.3 Supported Employment, including Discovery Assessment, Customized Employment and Job Coaching, B.1.4 Support Service Provider, B.1.5 Job Readiness Training to include Pre-Employment Transition Services (pre-ETS) and B.1.6 Trial Work
