The Work, located in the open space area between Emmets Road and Towne Street on Johns Island adjacent to Barberry Woods and The Cottages at Johns Island, will include the excavation of subsoil materials to construct three (3) separate wetland cells with associated landscaping and wetland features. The Work also includes the installation of a precast box culvert, two (2) precast drainage headwalls, repaving of existing roadways, pedestrian path and bridge, various stream and wetland structures, as-built survey and record drawings, site security and traffic control, as shown in the Drawings. The Work also includes a required clearing of approximately 20 acres of forested vegetation between February 15th and April 1st .
